Classic Sandwiches:

**All sandwiches are served on a brioche bun, lettuce, special aji sauce, sarza criolla (marinated red onions), and served with your choice or sweet potato chips or yucca fries.

1. CHIMU : Shredded roasted chicken

2. SAN AGUSTINE: Roasted carved turkey

3. CHAN-CHAN: All meat pork chicharron

4. INTI : Peruvian style hot dogs, served in a soft potato roll

Topped with a marinated coleslaw and special sauce

5. TUMI:  Our Vegetarian/Vegan option. Quinoa specialty patty

Classic Dishes:

1. LOMO SALTADO

Stir fry beef, onions, tomatoes, French fries, served with garlic rice.

2. POLLO SALTADO

Stir fry chicken with onions, tomatoes, French fries, and green beans,

Served with garlic rice.

3. TALLARIN VERDE 

Pesto linguine, served with braised chicken and side of Huancaina

4. PAPA A LA HUANCAINA

Sliced potatoes topped with aji amarillo-cream cheese sauce,

botija olive and boiled egg.

5. CEVICHE MIXTO

Mahi-Mahi, shrimp, and squid in Leche de Tigre, Peruvian corn

and sweet potato yam.
